Small Value Funds

Artisan Small Cap Value Fund (ARTVX) uses a bottom-up investment process to construct a diversified portfolio of U.S. small-cap value companies that the investment team believes are undervalued, in sound financial condition and have attractive business economics. Artisan Small Cap Value is closed to most new investors but is available to clients of FCVA.

Longleaf Partners Small Cap Fund (LLSCX) seeks long-term capital growth. The Small-Cap Fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in a limited number of companies considered small cap at the time of purchase and believed to be significantly undervalued. Current income is not an objective. The fund is closed to most new investors but is available to clients of FCVA.

Target: Small Cap Value's (TASVX) investment objective is above-average capital appreciation. We invest in stocks of small companies that we believe are undervalued and have an above-average potential to increase in price, given the company's sales, earnings, book value, cash flow and recent performance.

Third Avenue Small Cap (TASCX) seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in the securities of well-financed, well-managed small companies believed to be priced below their intrinsic value. The fund is closed to most new investors but is available to clients of FCVA.
