Large Value Funds
First Eagle US Value Fund (FEVIX) utilizes a highly disciplined, bottom-up, value-oriented approach in achieving its investment objective of long-term growth of capital. The Fund strives to minimize risk by focusing on securities that are considered to be undervalued by the market. J. P. Morgan Fleming Mid Cap Value Fund (FLMVX) seeks growth from capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Assets in equity securities of midcap companies. Equity securities in which the Fund can invest may include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, depositary receipts and warrants and rights to buy common stocks. The Fund may invest in shares of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), affiliated money market funds and other investment companies. Derivatives may be used as substitutes for securities in which the Fund can invest. The Fund may invest in mortgage-related securities issued by governmental entities and private issuers. The adviser uses a “bottom-up” approach and bases stock selection on company fundamentals. Philadelphia Fund’s (PHILX) investment objective is to achieve long term growth of capital and income. The Fund will invest primarily in common stocks with a market value greater than $150 million traded on the major U.S. security exchanges. The Advisor uses fundamental analysis to select stocks which are believed to be undervalued. SunAmerica Value Fund (SSVAX) seeks capital appreciation by investing primarily in stocks that the advisers believe are undervalued in the market.
